A first formal step on the road to implementation of the WHA Resolution on Skin Diseases following its adoption by Member States in May 2025.
The World Health Organization (WHO) has launched a survey for Member States and relevant stakeholders to gather preliminary information on implementation of the World Health Assembly Resolution on Skin Diseases at various levels.
Responses will contribute to the development of a Global Action Plan (GAP) on skin diseases, the strategic framework which outlines the specific actions, objectives, and responsibilities for the WHO and its Member States in implementing the Resolution.
It is vital that the voice of the skin patient community including people with lived experience is clearly heard.
We encourage you to take part by completing the survey. You will have the opportunity to share your expectations, experiences, challenges and solutions for successful implementation.
- Deadline: Friday, October 31st, 2025
- Languages: the survey is available in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish.
- For reference, please see a link to the WHA Resolution on Skin Diseases here.
We encourage you to share the survey link with your patient community, and other key stakeholders as widely as possible. Feel free to post on your social media and circulate this email. A broad response from our community of patients around the world will ensure that our collective voice is heard and reflected in the Global Action Plan and national strategies.
Thank you for your time and active participation in this groundbreaking process that will help improve the lives of our patients.
